My connection to Montana began in 1982, when my father brought me here on a fly-fishing trip. I didn't know it then, but that trip would begin a lifelong relationship with this place — its communities, rivers, mountains, open spaces, and way of life.
Today, after nearly two decades in real estate, I have the privilege of helping people buy and sell throughout Southwest Montana.
My business is intentionally diverse. I represent clients selling family homes, townhomes and condominiums, help buyers find their next home, work with investors seeking income-producing and multi-family properties, and represent farm, ranch, land, and recreational properties throughout the region.
The properties may be different, but my approach is always the same:
Listen carefully. Know the market. Communicate honestly. Work hard. And never forget how much trust a client is placing in you.
To me, real estate has always been about more than the transaction. There's a story behind every move — a first home, a growing family, a lifestyle change, an investment in the future, a property that's been in a family for generations, or simply the realization that it's time for something new.
Understanding that story is an important part of representing someone well.
My life outside of real estate also gives me a unique perspective on Montana. I'm a licensed Montana fishing outfitter and guide, lifelong fly fisherman, bird hunter, Labrador enthusiast, and outdoorsman. That experience is especially valuable when representing land, ranch, recreational, and waterfront properties, where details such as water, access, habitat, and recreation can be every bit as important as the home itself.
But whether I'm walking a ranch along a trout stream or preparing a home or townhome for the market, my responsibility is the same: understand the property, understand the market, and represent my client's interests exceptionally well.
Montana isn't simply where I sell real estate. It's where I've built my life, and I believe in giving back to the community that has given me so much. I've served on the Board of Directors of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® and supported organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Montana. In 2023, I was honored to be named the Gallatin Association of REALTORS® NAR Member of the Year by my peers.
A life-changing transplant in 2008 also gave me an even deeper appreciation for time, relationships, second chances, and the opportunity to do meaningful work in a place I love. That perspective continues to influence the way I live, the way I do business, and the relationships I build with my clients.

There's no single definition of the Montana dream.
It might be a home in a great neighborhood. A downtown condo. A townhome that makes life simpler. An investment property. A few acres outside town. A working ranch. Or a place where you can step out the back door with a fly rod in your hand.
